Training is a very important way for GLOBALG.A.P. to reach out to experts working on the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices worldwide.
Public workshop content includes the General Regulations of the GLOBALG.A.P. system and implementation requirements for farms (Control Points). Our trainers provide participants with all necessary materials and focus on classroom discussions, case studies, and detailed question and answer sessions to understand how the GLOBALG.A.P. System applies in practice. Participants will learn:
- What is behind GLOBALG.A.P.?
- How does the certification system work?
- How can the Standard requirements be implemented?
- What is new?
- How can different cases be solved?
Who should participate? Producers, consultants, and new inspectors, as well as anyone interested in how the GLOBALG.A.P. Certification System operates.
Benefit for GLOBALG.A.P. Members: Participants who belong to a GLOBALG.A.P. Member company, pass a voluntary exam at the end of a public or private workshop, and fulfill some further requirements have the option to become approved GLOBALG.A.P. Train-the-Public Trainers.
